I led 6 emerging designers through a 0 → 1 design delivery for an educational non-profit.

Team: 1 design manager, 1 industry mentor, 6 student designers
Outcome: We shipped a full Squarespace website, a custom editing guide, branding and competition templates for non-profit HARK.
Timeline: November 2023 to Feb 2024
