Product Design with Truist
Authentication is the single most-performed action by Truist users. In the past year, I went from knowing nothing about sign-on services to being one of the primary advisors on Authentication-related design at Truist. I’ve found a growing passion in turning otherwise frustrating experiences into delightful and effortless ones.
I’ve been designing biometric authentication solutions for over 15 million Truist customers. I’ve also used my extensive knowledge of our authentication services to support enhancements to unify fragmented post‑merger experiences.
My team is designing a scalable authentication framework that both internal teams ad subsidiary banks can white‑label, to ensure that our authentication experience is seamless for both consumers and consuming teams.
Ask me about how I won the enterprise-wide baking competition with my no-bake cheesecake recipe!

Petals & Kiln, my Pride and Joy
To maintain my passion for all things creative post graduating from undergrad, I founded Petals and Kiln, a storefront for all my trinkets.
Everything is handmade. I’ve made and sold ceramics, stained glass, clothing and jewelry. I’ve made 200+ pieces of items in the short amount of time I’ve had this little store.
Everything about her I’ve designed from scratch, such as logo, marketing materials, and visual identity across a Shopify storefront. I’ve even generated $1,500+ in initial sales and made repeat customers. I’m currently teaching myself how to grow my little business, and how to make long and short form content to document this journey. ❤

Early Product Design for a YC-Backed Startup
Thunder Compute’s story is incredible. A business idea born out of Georgia Tech in 2023, I was fortunate for the opportunity to help bring to life a GPU-share service for Thunder’s two highly technical founders. This idea was highly complex, and I worked to distill it into a digestible product that could still be molded by the future constraints and shifts that startups so often experience.
I conducted early user research, and designed mid‑fidelity prototypes and service diagrams that formed the initial MVP for Thunder, crucial for building a strong early product narrative for the founders’ YC applications.
The company was initially valued at 25 million dollars and has since almost doubled in value.

Prediction Simulations with Union Pacific Railroad
The world runs on trains. Seriously. The Amazon package you received at your front door likely travelled to you partway on a rail network. As such, train derailments can disrupt both daily and long-term economic operations.
At Union Pacific, I helped to conduct research on how we could improve train derailment prediction software for its users. My favorite memories were conducting on-site interviews at Norfolk Southern after the infamous 2023 Train Derailment in Ohio. Norfolk Southern is currently slated to pay out a $600 million settlement due to this incident, no small sum.
